中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探討融入協作教學之實習輔導模式對促進數學實習教師與 實習輔導教師教學能力成長的影響。本研究採詮釋性研究法與個案研究法,由 四組實習教師和實習輔導教師組成學習社群,研究者收集其中一組實習教師和 實習輔導教師的教室教學觀察紀錄、教學札記、晤談與對話分析,輔以教師教 學能力評鑑指標的評量結果和學生的回饋問卷與晤談,藉以分析兩位個案教師 教學能力的成長情形。研究結果發現在參與協作教學實習輔導模式後,實習教 師和實習輔導教師的提問技巧與採用教學策略的多元性都獲得提升,而這些教 學能力提升的主要動力,來自於本輔導模式的兩個核心概念—學習社群互動和 協作教學,透過學習社群所建立的教學資訊分享平台,擴大教師教學知能的廣 度,而協作教學的實施經驗則可深化教師教學知能的深度。 |
英文摘要 | The study is aimed at exploring how the model of practical guidance in co-teaching (MPGC) enhances the professional development of the intern Mathematics teacher and the mentor. This study employs interpretive research methodology case study. Four pairs of the intern Mathematics teachers and the mentors were grouped to compose the learning community. One pair of IT and MT was chosen to be the subjects. Data were collected through the observation in the targeted teacher’s classroom, teaching journals, interviews and discourse analysis, coupled with the evaluation on the teacher’s teaching competence and questionnaires on the students’ feedback and interviews to evaluate the effects on the targeted teachers’ professional development. The results show that after taking part in the MPGC, the interns and the mentors have made a lot of progress in terms of techniques in raising questions and diversities in teaching strategies. These performances are mainly motivated by two core ideas of the MPGC---interaction between learning communities and co-teaching. The teachers’ knowledge in teaching can be broadened through the learning communities’ information-sharing platforms, and can also be deepened through real experiences. |
