中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高中職教師對教育部行政決定中,有關依法行政、公文發布嚴謹性及感受尊重之知覺差異影響。同時藉由蒐集教育行政決定修訂與釋義之公文,以增進教師對該公文之理解認知。採用文獻探討、統計考驗之方式,發展「教育行政公文與教師知覺之問卷」。並以描述性統計和單因子共變數分析等方式,考驗高雄市高中職教師計273名。研究結果發現:1.高中職教師對依法行政具高認同知覺。2.高中職教師對教育行政公文發布嚴謹性不足具中上程度認同知覺。3.高中職教師對教育行政公文釋義過程仍持正面感受尊重之認同知覺。4.高中職男性教師對依法行政的認同知覺顯著高於女性教師。5.高中職教師隨著年齡與年資增長對教育行政公文發布嚴謹性有較高程度的認同知覺。 |
英文摘要 | The major purpose of this study is to explore the awareness of the archives, which developed and delivered from Ministry of Education, by teachers who are teaching in Senior and Vocational High School. This study tried to understand the conformity with law, the conscientious to announce the policies and respect to teachers while the archives are delivering to teachers, and tried to collect the part of the archives which relative to the teachers' fee as reference to readers. Literature review, and questionnaire which named the questionnaires of archives decision-making and teachers' awareness, were used as the main research tool to collect data, and 273 teachers who were teaching in Kau-hsung city had response to this study. The data is analyzed by the statistic methods of t-test and one-way ANOVA. According to the results of the statistic analysis, this study reveals the following conclusions: (1) teachers in high agreement-awareness to the conformity with low, (2) teachers in middle agreement-awareness to the negative conscientious to announce the policies, (3) to the process of explanation the policies, teachers feel positive awareness in respect, (4) male teacher feel higher awareness to conformity with law than female teacher did, (5) the older and higher seniority teachers response higher awareness than other teachers. |
