中文摘要 | 本研究針對丹參(Salvia miltiorrhiza, SM)正己烷萃取物於倉鼠體內對血清、肝臟及糞便脂質含量及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)及肝臟脂質過氧化之影響。將雄性倉鼠隨機分成四組,包括(1)含5%油脂飼料之正常對照組(ND)、(2)含高油高膽固醇之控制組(Control)、(3)控制組飼料添加低劑量丹參萃取物(SM-L,0.01%)及(4)控制組飼料添加高劑量丹參萃取物(SM-H, 0.03%),試驗共進行八週,試驗期間採自由飲水及進食。結果發現,丹參萃取物的給予可使其血清中低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、三酸甘油酯及肝臟膽固醇含量顯著下降,延長低密度脂蛋白氧化遲滯時間及改善肝臟脂質過氧化情形。綜合上述結果,添加高劑量之丹參萃取物,具有降低倉鼠血清中血脂含量及LDL-CIHDL-C比例,並延緩低密度脂蛋白膽固醇氧化及抑制肝臟脂質氧化情形。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this investigation was to examine the effect of n-hexane extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on plasma and liver lipids and lipid peroxidation levels in hamsters. Hamsters were randomly divided into four groups. There are (1) normal diet group fed diet including 5% oil without cholesterol (ND), (2) control group fed a diet containing 8% oil and 0.2% cholesterol, (3) Control diet containing low dosage (0.01%) n- hexane extract of SM (SM-L) and (4) Control diet containing high dosage (0.03%) n-hexane extract of SM (SM-H). The experimental was performed for eight weeks. These results indicate that the SM-H fed hamsters had significantly not only decreased the contents of low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG) and the ratio of LDL-C/HDL-C in serum, but reduce serum lipid and hepatic oxidation in hamster model fed a high fat diet. |
