中文摘要 | 國內自從張峰治選手榮獲1990 年北京亞運會鞍馬項目銅牌之後,鞍馬即成為我國選手發展的重點項目之一。在鞍馬項目中單環併腿全旋除了本身的動作價值外,亦能與俄式迴旋動作相連接實施提昇動作難度,基於單環併腿全旋在鞍馬項目中的實用性極高,所以大多數男子競技體操選手皆會選擇此一動作進行學習。故本文嘗試將選手實際從事單環併腿全旋的練習過程作詳細紀錄,其訓練過程可細分為兩個階段:一、輔助訓練階段;二、在鞍馬上練習階段。輔助訓練階段,選手運用懸垂式水桶的輔助訓練方式進行訓練,藉以增加動作訓練的數量,迅速提昇選手對動作的熟練性。在鞍馬上練習階段,須依據競技體操訓練之循序漸進及分段練習等原則將各階段動作技術重點逐一從事訓練。 |
英文摘要 | Pommel Horse becomes our national focus after Feng-Chih Chang won a bronze medal in 1990.Beijing Asia Games gymnastics. Competition In this event, circles in cross support on 1 pommel is the most important component with a value to elevating performance score, which has been used by Russia Circles. Therefore, most of the elite athletes practices this motion. For the study, we recorded circles in cross support on 1 pommel in two stages:1) the assisted training phase; 2) the actual practice phase. In the first phase, athletes were using suspended barrel to increase the frequency of the trainng on the motion. The goal of the phase is to let athlete familiarize this motion. For the second phase, the actual practice would allow gradual progress to facilitate the improvement in real performance. |
