中文摘要 | 現階段國際男子競技體操單槓動作的發展趨勢是以騰空飛行組群動作及近槓組群動作為主,在近槓組群動作中又以分腿前迴環經倒立動作被最為廣泛運用,此一動作的危險性較低,而且穩定性極佳,除此之外,亦能將此一動作做多方面的變化運用,有助於提升整套動作的有效動作分值,由此可知,分腿前迴環經倒立動作在單槓項目中有較佳的實用性。透過本文內容瞭解到,分腿前迴環經倒立動作的訓練方法依學習動作技術的整體流程應細分為輔助訓練及單槓上訓練兩個階段,輔助訓練的重點有以下二個方法:(一) 倒立向前至水平位置分腿動作及(二) 分腿浮撐至倒立,此一階段之訓練可透過輔助者的協助來完成;在單槓上的練習步驟可細分:(一) 分腿踩槓前迴環、(二) 分腿浮撐前迴環及(三) 由倒立完成單槓分腿前迴環經倒立動作等,經由循序漸進的訓練方式使學習者能逐步掌握分腿前迴環經倒立動作的技術。在動作技術應用部份則須根據評分規則的規範,將分腿前迴環經倒立動作透過連接轉體180°經倒立或轉體360°經混合握倒立以及轉體360°經雙手扭臂握倒立的方式來實施,動作難度可由B 級提升至C 級、D 級,動作分值則從0.2 分增加為0.3分、0.4 分,因此,選手如能將分腿前迴環經倒立動作訓練完成並編排在整套動作中,除了可提升有效動作分值之外,亦能增加整套動作編排的多樣化,相信對最後得分也會有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | The current trend on horizontal bar is increasing relying on the motions containing flight andin-bar elements. During the motion of in-bar elements, endo is the most popular practice due to its lowrisk and high stability. Besides, practicing this motion can facilitate the entire gymnastic movement.Therefore, endo has been the best practical implication for many gymnasts. The present article aims todisseminate information regarding the detail procedure of endo training on supplemental aid and in-barelement. Supplemental aid includes: 1) endo with split leg; 2) endo with sustaining leg withsupplemental movement; 3) completing endo on bar. With appropriate training progression, studentsshould be able to acquire the entire endo technique. Application must base on the gymnastic rule toachieve endo by connecting 1/2t thr and Hdst with1/1t thr. hdst in mix grip and with 1/1t thr. hdst. inel-grip. Hardness can increase from grade B to grades C and D; subscale can increase from 0.2 to 0.3and 0.4. Therefore, if gymnast can complete the entire training for endo, for all subscale ofperformance score will also strengthen. |
