中文摘要 | 研究目的:為提高受訪者填答意願以及找出適合台灣護理人員工作投入量表的題項,以Kanungo的工作投入量表為基礎,並精簡此量表作為日後為研究台灣護理人員工作投入測量的工具。研究方法:本研究以1,154位公私立醫院的護理人員為研究樣本,使用10題版之Kanungo工作投入量表進行探索性因素分析及驗證性因素分析,並以護理人員組織承諾和工作滿足為效標作相關分析。研究結果:確認4題的簡約版工作投入量表,其建構信度為.84,平均變異抽取量為.69,新的簡約版量表在各項模型適配指標都達到良好標準,亦得到良好的效標關聯效度。研究結論:本研究得到4題簡約版工作投入量表,不僅不脫原始工作投入量表的意義,且比原量表具有較高的平均變異抽取量,此量表以較少的題數即可充分測量護理人員的工作投入程度,對未來有關護理人員工作投入的研究能提供更方便的測量工具,值得後續之研究與探討。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: In order to raise the willingness and participation of interviewees in research on degree of job involvement in the Taiwan's nurses, this study aims to find out an adequate and brief scale, in which the Kanungo's 10-item scale has been reviewed and reconstructed. Methods: A total of 1, 154 nursing staff from both public and private hospitals were studied. Based on the Kanungo's 10-item scale, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed respectively. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nursing staff were used as criteria to test the validity of this scale. Results: A 4-item short form job involvement scale is extracted from the original 10-item scale. This new short form job involvement scale has a good model fit index and criterion-related validity, with construct reliability as 0.84 and average variance extracted as 0.69. Conclusions: With the new 4-item job involvement scale which not only provides a similar performance and significance as the original 10-item scale, but also a better average variance extracted, this research provides researchers a convenient tool to measure the level of job involvement among nursing staff in the future. Follow-up research and discussion is deserved. |
