中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討胡麻採收後,不同的乾燥溫度、乾燥天數及切段處理對胡麻種子一般組成分之影響,希望能夠解決胡麻採收時遭遇梅雨季或颱風之危害。試驗結果顯示,就胡麻粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量而言,春、秋兩期作最適之乾燥溫度處理為40℃及45℃,而最佳的乾燥天數為採收後乾燥8~10天。三種切段處理之間,對於春、秋作之胡麻的粗脂肪含量皆無顯著差異;而在粗蛋白含量部分,春、秋兩期作之胡麻皆是以將植株切成二段之處理為最佳。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the effects of different drying temperatures, drying days and cutting treatments on the compositions of sesame seeds after they were harvested and thus to reduce the damages caused during the rainy seasons or typhoons. The results were summarized as follows: Among five drying temperature treatments, temperature 40℃ or 45℃ had the best effect on crude protein and crude fat contents of the spring and fall crops. Among different drying day treatments, day duration between 8~10 days had the best effect on the crude protein and crude fat contents of the spring and fall crops. The effect on crude protein content showed no significant difference among those three different cutting treatments. The effect on crude fat content showed no significant difference among those three cutting treatments of the spring and fall crops. Half-cutting treatment had the best effect on crude protein content of the spring and fall crops. |
