中文摘要 | 本研究針對澄清湖(CCI)、鳳山(FS)及牡丹水庫(MD)進行水源中藻相變動及其對水中有機物分子量大小及消毒副產物前質生成差異性。作一討論。研究結果顯示,優勢藻數量百分比之變化,CCL與FS湖水在2月及4日,兩次採樣均以綠球藻科(Chlorococcaceae)與色球藻科(Chroococcaceae)為優勢藻相,同時期,MD水庫二次樣本,雖仍以綠球藻科與色球藻科為主,卻低於CCL及FS約20%;湖水在11月及12月樣本之優勢藻則為菱形藻科(Nitzschiaceae)及圓篩藻科(Coscinodiscaceae)。在CCL與FS湖水中,水中有機物大於5K分子量之含碳量百分比,94年4月大於94年2月,水中有機物小於5K之含碳量百分比,則是94年2月大於94年4月,同期MD湖水,水中有機物分子量小於5K及大於5K之碳量百分比,在94年2月及94年4月二次樣本之比較,洽與CCL及FS之結果相異。至於CCL、FS及MD湖水水樣過濾前後之總三鹵甲烷生成潛能(Total trihalomethane formation potential, TTHMFP),CCT、FS及MD水庫過濾前與過濾後之TTHMFP值,濾前高於濾後,此表示藻體亦是TTHM形成前質。綠球藻科、圓篩藻科、隱藻科及菱形藻科不易生成TTHM,但色球藻科及顫藻科兩種藻體易於形成了TTHM。 |
英文摘要 | In thin study, the algal variations in three reservoirs, including CCL (Cheng Ching Lake), FS (Feng-Shatt), and their effects on the MWCO (molecular weight cut-off) of dissolved organic matter and disinfection by-products precursors, were investigated and discussed. It shows that although Chlorococcaceae and Chroococcaceae were cotasiderably existed in CCL, FS, and MD reservoirs on Feb. and Apr. in 2005, the percentages of the dominant algae occupied in total algal number in CCL and PS were higher than 20n a of that of MD reservoir. During Nov. and Dec. its the same year, the dominant algae in MD reservoir were changed into Nitzschiaceae and Coscinodiscaceae. Concerning the percentages of carbon content in different MWCO of dissolved organic matter larger than 5K. its value respectively sampled from CCL and FS reservoirs on April was larger than that on Feb.. For the percentages of carbon content of MWCO less than 5K in CCL and FS reservoirs, the value on Feb. was larger than that on Apr.. Regarding the percentages of carbon content of MWCO less than 5K or larger than 5K in MD reservoir, their results individually compared with the values of Feb. and Apr. were opposite trend to those values of FS and CCL reservoirs. For the total trihalomethane formation potential (TTHMFP) between prior to and after the filtration using 0.45 membrane filter in three reservoirs, the values of source waters without filtration were higher than those of source waters with filtration. Apparently, the algae are also a kind of precursor of THM. As for the effect of algae on THM formation, Chlorococcaceac, Coscinodiscaceae. Cryptophyceae and Nitzschiaccae were difficultly transformed into THM; however, Chroococcaceae, and Oscillatoriaceae were positively transformed into THM. |
