中文摘要 | 本研究的主要旨意,在探討竹苗地區國民小學教師專業發展評鑑試辦學校工作壓力的現況、壓力因應策略的現況、工作壓力及其因應策略之相關,並綜合研 究結果與發現提出具體建議,作為參與試辦評鑑學校、政府機關、以及後續研究的參考。根據主要研究發現歸納成結論如下: 一、普遍知覺到工作壓力為中度;壓力因應策略運用程度屬中度。 二、不同背景變項與工作壓力的關係上,以年齡「46歲以上」、最高學歷「師專 畢業」、學校規模「13-24 班」、服務縣市在「新竹市」、擔任「主任」職務 以及試辦年度「95與96年度持續參與試辦」的竹苗地區試辦教師專業發展 評鑑學校的教師感受工作壓力程度較高。 三、不同背景變項與因應策略的關係上,以年齡「31-35 歲及 36-40 歲」、最高 學歷「一般大學畢業」以及擔任「導師」職務的竹苗地區試辦教師專業發展 評鑑學校的教師運用壓力因應策略程度較高。 四、竹苗地區試辦教師專業發展評鑑學校的教師工作壓力各層面與因應策略各層 面間呈現顯著負相關及中高度的典型相關,即因應策略運用能力越強,工作壓力感受度越低。本研究針對上述結論,對相關教育單位提出若干建議,盼能對於參與試辦教師專業發展評鑑學校的教師減緩工作壓力,增進教學效能以及身心健康,並作為進一步研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to explore the current situation of job pressure for schools that implemented the Teacher Professional Development Evaluation, coping strategy on job pressure and the relevant solution of public elementary school teacher in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas. In addition, this research concludes the research results and provides the concrete suggestion for the reference to the participating experiment schools, government organizations and the followup researches. The conclusion is made as following inaccordance withthe main research findings and results: The common awareness of job pressure is medium degree; the coping strategy application on pressure belongs to mediumdegree. For the relation between different background variables and job pressures, the teacher who is above 46 years old with the highest education background of “Teachers College”, serves in a school with “1324 classes” scale in Hsinchu City as Chief, and teacher of those schools in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas that implemented the Teacher Professional Development Evaluation in 2006 and 2007 continuously will have greater job pressure. For the relation between different background variables and coping strategy, the teachers who are “3135 years old” with the highest education background of “general universities” and serve as “class instructor” of those schools in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas that implemented the Teacher Professional Development Evaluation will have higher degree of applying the coping strategy on pressure. It shows significantly negative correlation and medium high degree Canonical Correlation between each aspects of job pressure and coping strategy for teachers of those schools in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas that implemented the Teacher Professional Development Evaluation, which means the stronger the coping strategy application, the lower the awareness of job pressure. This research provides several suggestions to the relevant education organization according to the above conclusions and hopefully this research can act as the reference for the following research on reducing job pressure for teachers of the school that implemented the Teacher Professional Development Evaluation and making improvement inteaching efficacy and their physicaland mind health. |
