中文摘要 | 本研究主要在應用重視度表現值分析法(Importance-performance analysis, IPA),來瞭解實施融合教育向度中,需要改進的輕重緩急次序,以作為優先研究發展改善項目的依據。本研究以高雄市111位不分類資源班學生家長為研究對象,透過重視度及滿意度問卷,來取得家長的反應訊息,以計算融合教育實施的重視度及表現值,而重視度及表現值係由全體家長對各個融合教育向度評估後而獲得的平均值。如此,即可畫出融合教育向度各個項目的「重視度×表現值」之坐標圖,經由坐標位置在分類上的比較分析,歸納本研究結果如下:1.「教師教師」是可繼續維持的向度。2.需優先改進的向度為「親師溝通」。3.「與普通同儕的互動」、「課程安排」、「學校支援」是後續改進的向度。 |
英文摘要 | The research of IPA is mainly used to understand the dynamics of inclusion. According to the research, we would know what is needed to improve this research area. The subjects for this experiment are 111 parents, who live in Kaohsiung City and their children are in the unclassified resource classes. Responses were obtained from parents through a questionnaire about importance and performance. The number of importance and performance is an average that evaluated from parents' dimensionality in Inclusion. Through such methods, a coordinate that contains each item from the questionnaire is done. Through an analysis and a comparison from the coordinate position, here of the research results: 1. "Instruction" was found to keep up with the good work. 2. "Communication between teachers and parent" was found to concentrate here. 3. "The interaction of classmates", "the arrangement of courses" and "the support from the school" were found to low priority. |
