中文摘要 | 知識經濟來臨,教師必須專業成長,才能與時俱進,以提昇教學品質與績效。本研究擬以苗栗縣、公立國民小學教師為研究對象;採用文獻分析法及問卷調查法為研究方法;並以專業發展評鑑相關理論為基礎。本研究皆在瞭解苗栗縣、公立國民小學教師對於試辦專業發展評鑑的初步看法,並依問卷調查結果整理出研究結論,提出實施教師專業發展評鑑相關具體可行的建議,以供教育部、苗栗縣、政府教育局、公立國民小學、和教師之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In the coming age of knowledge economy, teachers must dedicate themselves to pursue professional development and to promote the quality and performance of teaching in time. Public elementary school teachers in Miaoli County were studied. Literature review and opinions survey were utilized for this study, which was based on principles of professional development evaluation and the related theories. The purpose of this study is to understand the opinions on professional development evaluation of public elementary school teachers in Miaoli County, analyze their effects on individuals and the organizations, and propose some related concrete suggestions. |
