中文摘要 | 學生事務處,顧名思義學生所有學校生活事務規劃辦理的學校次級組織。教育部在1998年頒布「建立學生輔導新體制──教學、訓導、輔導三合一整合實驗方案」,為實現帶好每位學生的教改願景,調整中小學「訓輔組織行政組織運作」改訓導處為學生事務處。然而學校必須打破以往的僵化組織,有自我指導的能力實施學校本位管理,以進行相關學校再造實務工作。本文試以探討學校組織再造理論之目的、層面以及策略,提出國小學生事務處組織再造可以從下列各面向來進行:一、確認學生事務組織再造目的,釐清組織再造為達成目的之手段。二、以組織願景與個人理念互動,整合學生事務處工作目標。三、選用組織再造策略進行學生事務處再造實務。四、以再造方式來控制與修正再造歷程。五、進行組織內評鑑及成員省思回饋。 |
英文摘要 | Student Aff airs Office, a subordinate organization of the school, is responsible for various aspects of student life. In order to achieve the vision of improving student life in the educational reform, the Ministry of Education implemented a “ Building a new student services system: An experimental program of integrative system for instruction, discipline and guidance” in 1998 to adjust the organizational functions of Student Aff airs in the elementary and middle school system, and transformed the offi ce of student aff airs to a new student service organization. Th is new organization needs to break the traditional administrative model and to equip itself with self-instruction ability to implement school-based management. Th is article explores the purposes, facets and strategies of school restructuring theories, and proposes fi ve recommendations of improving student aff airs work: 1. confi rming the purpose of reorganizing Student Aff airs and clarifying the ways of reorganizing student aff airs work, 2. combining the organizational vision and personal notions to set up goals of Student Aff airs, 3. selecting the reorganizing strategies to implement the new practices of Student Aff airs, 4. applying the restructuring theories to control and modify the process of reorganizing, 5. conducting internal evaluation and participants’ refl ection. |
