中文摘要 | 本文探討兩種不同比表面積的活性碳纖布FT200-10及FT200-20先行浸染硝酸銅溶液後, 再對硫化氫氣體進行動態吸附試驗。使用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)及原子力顯微鏡(AFM)觀察 活性碳纖布表面孔洞現象。實驗結果發現兩種活性碳纖布都隨著溶液pH值及濃度愈高吸附銅離子 量愈高;FT200-10碳纖布吸附同離子效果優於FT200-20碳纖布;含浸銅離子之活性碳纖布對硫化 氫具有良好吸附效果;兩種活性碳纖布吸附銅離子後,對硫化氫吸附量與未處理活性碳纖布比較, 最佳條件下FT200-10碳纖布可增加10倍以上,FT200-20碳纖布可增加5倍以上。 |
英文摘要 | Both impregnation of copper ion onto activated carbon cloth (ACC) and adsorption of hydrogen sulfide onto same cloth have been investigated. The two types of activated carbon cloth (ACC) were employed: FT200-10 and FT200-20 ACC. An atomic force measurement apparatus (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to investigate surface pore structure of ACCs. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity of copper ion onto FT200-10 ACC is larger than onto FT200-20 ACC. The higher pH value and concentration value of immersed aqueous of impregnation, the larger amount loaded. After impregnated by copper ion, the adsorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide on ACC is significantly increased. The adsorption capacity of FT200-10 ACC impregnated by copper ion increased 10 times large as that of the fresh ACC. The adsorption capacity of FT200-20 ACC impregnated by copper ion increased 5 times large as that of the fresh ACC. |
