中文摘要 | 1998年,英國「師資培訓局」公告《學科領導人標準》,其目的是希望透過這個學科層級的課程領導來提高學校效能。對照國內教育現況,九年一貫課程的推動,賦予學校很大的課程領導職責。雖然學者多倡議校長應擔負課程領導的責任,然而校長日理萬機,恐怕較難有足夠的時間投入課程領導,是以如何適度地下放給領域層級就顯得非常重要,而這方面的經驗正是目前國內所缺乏,因此英國學科領導對我國課程領導可以提供很大的幫助。 本文共分五小節,首先述及本文的目的;其次分析此標準制定的原因;第三節深入分析此標準的內涵、相關研究及問題;第四節探討我國學習領域課程領導的現況及困境;第五節提出此標準對我國課程領導的建議或啟示,並做為結語。 |
英文摘要 | In 1998, British Teacher Training Agency published the "Standards for Subject Leaders" (SSL). The purpose of SSL is to enhance the effectiveness of the school through the curriculum leadership at a subject level. To compare with the educational context in Taiwan, the Ministry of Education implemented "Grade 1-9 Curriculum" policy to empower the school authority to play more important role in curriculum leadership. Although most of the scholars in this related field advocated that principals should undertake the complete duty of curriculum leadership. In fact, principals are usually too busy to meet the expectation, so it touches off a subsequent and critical issue about how to appropriately delegate part of their curriculum responsibility to those in charge of learning area. Nevertheless, Taiwan falls short of these experiences of curriculum leadership in learning areas. Thus, the experiences from England in subject leadership can provide a great deal of benefits for our country. The paper is divided into five sections. First introduces the general aims. Second analyzes the causes why SSL was enacted in England. Third explains the content and the related studies and problems in SSL. Fourth discusses the status and defects of curriculum leadership in the learning areas in Taiwan. Final section indicates some suggestions which are based on SSL for our country. |
