中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於探討鑄態球墨鑄鐵,在經過反覆加熱和冷卻循環後材料性質的變化。於固定的相對高溫下,改變熱循環的次數,以觀察其機械性質和振動性質反應的改變。實驗結果發現,在拉伸數據方面,鑄態球墨鑄鐵經過不同次數的熱循環後,其抗拉強度和降伏強度隨著熱循環次數上升而下降。伸長率和延性破壞的面積則隨著熱循環次數的上升而上升。而鑄態球墨鑄鐵之共振壽命也會隨著熱循環次數的增加而有下降的趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research is to find out what material properties have changed after the As-Cast Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron has undergone cyclic heating. The number of cyclic heating is constantly being modified as to allow observation on the effects of heating cycles on mechanical properties and Resonant Vibration Characteristics. The results of this experiment show that when cyclic heating number increases, the U.T.S. and Y.S. decreases; as well, elongation is better sustained on non-cyclic heating As-Cast Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron. Also, As-Cast Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron's Resonant Vibration life span decreases when we increase the cyclic heating number. |
