中文摘要 | 一般而言,在高溫下使用的合金往往是針對某些特殊性質(如潛變、疲勞等)而 設計的。但在氧化的環境下,這些合金會在表面形成一層氧化薄膜,為了避免合金失去高溫 下的特性,希望這些氧化薄膜具有保護性質。也就是緻密、穩定、連續且在熱循環氧化狀況 下與合金具有相當的黏著性。 本研究以不�袗�超合金為試驗材料,探討其在高溫下熱循環氧化中的抗氧化能力。試片的表 面及氧化物的橫切面均以電子顯微鏡掃描;氧化物與合金的介面及氧化層則以穿透式顯微鏡 觀察之;存在於氧化薄膜的氧化物就以X-光繞射分析之。由這些資料可以推測不�袗�超合金 在熱循環氧化作用中的反應機構有二及氧化膜中的氧化物系以Al□O□為主;而由試片反應 後重量的量測,可以得知氧化反應的動力狀況形成一拋物線。最後,在不�袗�超合金試片表 面所形成的氧化膜為一種具有黏性,緻密且保護性極佳的薄膜。 |
英文摘要 | High-temperature alloys are generaly designed for specific properties such as creep, fatigue, ets., In and oxidizing environment, these alloys form a superficial oxide layer. To avoid the degradation of the specific properties, this oxide layer must be protective and satisfy several criteria: it must be dense, continuous, stable, with a slow growth rate, and in particular be adherent during the thermal cycles involved in many applications. In the present study, the cyclic oxidation behavior of stainless steel superalloy at high temperature has been investigated. The surface and the cross sectional morphologies of the oxide scales have been examined directly in a scanning electron microscope. Transmission electron microscopy studies of stripped oxide films and ultramicrotomed sections have been used for more detailed investigations of the oxide-metal interface. Various phase existing within the scale have been identified by X-ray diffraction pattern analysis. Futher understanding of the oxidation mechanism in this case has been obtained from these observations. The oxidation scale of stainless steel essentially consisted of Al□O□. Weight-gains from these individual process give rise to complex oxidation kinetics. The oxide formed at these temperature is adherent, compact and relatively protective. |
