中文摘要 | 以連續包覆擠壓技術生產鋁包鋼線、光纖鋁護套等,因具有生產效率高、材料利用率高、尺寸精度佳等優點,故已廣泛應用於電纜等產業。但此種技術以往皆側重於設備及產品的開發,在模具設計理論分析則需持續補強。本文先應用三維有限元素數值模擬方法分析此製程金屬在模具內的變化狀況,其後再以簡化的模型,經由二維有限元素模擬來分析模具的模穴高度、模角、摩擦係數等不同模具參數對連續包覆擠壓流動變形、擠壓負荷、芯材變形等的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Producing aluminum-clad steel wire or fiber optics of aluminum ferrule with continuous extrusion cladding process has advantages of high production efficiency, material yield and superior dimensional precision, and has been broadly applied in the cable industry. Formerly the emphases were made on the development of the equipment and products; however, the theory and analysis of the die design are still scarce in the literature. This work first applied 3D FE simulation to analyze the material flow of the process, followed by simplified 2D FE simulation to analyze the effects of cavity height, die angle and friction factor on the material flow, extruding load and deformation on the core material. |
