中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討幼稚園關懷氣氛與幼兒教師品格教育信念、教學行為之相關情形與現況。本研究採用問卷調查方式進行研究,以編製「幼兒教師品格教育信念與教學行為調查問卷」及「幼稚園關懷氣氛調查問卷」兩份研究工具,採隨機抽樣以任職於合中縣市幼稚園主教教師499位為研究對象並進行施測蒐集資料,分別以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾森積差相關等進行分析,研究結果發現如下: 一、幼兒教師整體品格教育信念趨向開放、多元取向,且受教師的教育程度、任教地區、參加品格教育研習會之因素影響。 二、幼兒教師整體品格教學行為趨向積極、主動取向,且受教師的年齡、任教年資、任教地區、擁有合格教師證、機構性質、參加品格教育研習會之因素影響。 三、幼兒教師整體幼稚園關懷氣氛感受趨向關懷取向,以「支持與關懷 (教職員)」層面最高;「尊重 (學生)」層面最低,且受任教地區之因素影響,以海線高於山線園所。 四、幼稚園關懷氣氛與品格教學信念、品格教學行為間有相關性存在。 依據研究結果提出具體建議,以供相關教育機關、幼兒教育園所、幼兒教師,以及未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this research is to make a thorough inquiry on the present situation and the relationship between kindergarten caring atmosphere and teacher belief as well as teaching behaviors of character education. There search adopts the way of questionnaire. The researcher first analyzed and realized the problems related to kindergarten caring atmosphere, teacher belief and teaching behaviors of character education. Then two questionnaires, one is the researcher self-edited “Questionnaire on Kindergarten teacher character education Belief and teaching Behaviors “, and the other is “Questionnaire on Kindergarten Caring Atmosphere”. These two questionnaire were distributed randomly to 499 kindergarten teachers in Taichung City and Taichung County. After collecting the valid questionnaires, the researcher adopts descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson Correlation to analyze the data, and the results are as follows: a. The whole character education belief of Kindergarten teachers incline to open and multiple trend, and it is affected by such factors as teachers’ education, teachers’ teaching area, and teachers’ joining character education workshop. b. The whole character teaching behaviors of Kindergarten teachers incline to be vigorous and active, and it is affected by such factors as the age, teaching years, teaching area, having qualified certificate, the school, teachers’ joining character education workshop. c. The whole kindergarten caring atmosphere of kindergarten teachers incline to become caring oriented. The upmost level is「Supporting and Caring (the staff)」and the lowest level is「Respecting (the students )」. It is affected by the teaching area, and the coastal kindergartens is higher than the kindergartens in the mountain areas. d. Kindergarten caring atmosphere does interact character teaching belief and character teaching behaviors. Based on the results of the research, the researcher hereby offers some practical suggestions for related education organizations, kindergartens, kindergartens teachers and future researchers. |
