中文摘要 | 學校輔導工作是專業助人的工作,根據研究發現學校輔導人員的專業定位,對於專業倫理能否被尊重與堅持,有其關鍵性的影響力。學校為了推動符合學生、家長和教師需求的諮商方案,發揮學校諮商與輔導功能,必須強化學校輔導人員的專業地位。 希冀建立有效能及安全的校園,需要評估學生的問題,以此評估作為基礎而發展預防與介入計劃與策略,要發展適切的計畫,就必須由學校輔導專業人員貢獻其專長,以促進學生正面的學習成就與生活表現。學校諮商與輔導人員必須具備專業知能如諮商 、班級輔導、諮詢、協調服務,以催化學校正面系統改變,除此之外,學校輔導人員應積極主動和學校校長、行政人員、教師、家長溝通,展現其教育工作者、專業助人工作者、資源運用與團隊工作室、溝通協調者、諮詢等專業角色。 歷經國民教育法、高級中學法修訂完成,中小學輔導人員之培育、專業能力與定位漸趨法制化,自2001年心理師法完成立法後,各大學院校輔導工作者,被期待需要通過心理師考試,才能成為輔導教師,衝擊到國中小學校園的學校輔導工作者,對於自己的專業角色定位產生疑惑與混淆,不確定要為自己定位在心理師的角色,還是學校輔導教師或輔導人員的角色。 本研究經文獻分析、相關實徵研究與訪談法以事後回溯方式,綜合歸納提出下列結論: 一、學校諮商與輔導人員之培育、訓練、考試已至專業知能、專業自主、專業證照階段。 二、學校輔導人員必須踏出諮商室,走入校園、深入社區,與相關人員建立輔導團隊,作好學校輔導三級預防工作。 三、學校輔導工作是專業助人成長的工作,是貼近學生與老師的專業工作。 四、學校輔導人員應兼具學校行政與專業助人工作雙重角色。 五、學校輔導主任是輔導老師歷練與發揮輔導專業的實踐場域。 六、學校輔導人員應定期參加專業輔導學會,不斷的參與相關專業議題的進修活動。 七、學校輔導人員的專業化,必須融入一顆關懷案主、滋潤案主的愛心。 |
英文摘要 | It reveals that the influence of the professional position of school counselors on the perspectives of professional morality of school counselors is evident according to the results of some researches. It would be necessary for schools to promote the professional position of school counselors in order to implement the mental health programs that meet the needs of students, parents and teachers, furthermore, to achieve the goals of school counseling. The professional competence of school counselors is the key to diagnosing the problems of students and providing the means of preventives and intervenes. Therefore, it is important for school counselors to have required professional knowledge of counseling, class guidance and coordinating services. In addition, it is vital for school counselors to communicate with the school principal, administrators, teachers and parents actively. The way of training and fostering the profession of school counselors has become systematic after the Primary Education Law and Senior High School Law issued. On the contrary, it comes to be problematic to set Psychologist Law. It would be arguable if the purpose of the law setting is to promote the position of school counselors or to show the power of social control. Based on the results of this study, some conclusions were reached: 1. The training and examination of school counselors has centered on the professional knowledge, skills, professional autonomy and professional license. 2. In addition to work individually, it is necessary for school counselors to make appropriate connections with others in the school and community in order to establish a thorough preventive system. 3. School counseling is not only a professional helping, but an access to the students and teachers in the school. 4. School counselors should play both roles of administrators and professional helpers. 5. To be a dean of school counseling is an appropriate way to foster the profession for school counselors. 6. School counselors need to participate in the professional counseling meetings or workshops regularly to enhance their professional knowledge. 7. Concerning about the feelings of clients is one of the key characteristics of school counselors. |
