| 英文摘要 | The best solution of setting up the Billet ID automatic Recognition System is to keep the existing heat stamping number of billets, plus extra 6 digits of stamping number (including bloom strand number, bloom cut number and billet cut number) on the available space of billets’ front end. The Billet ID Automatic Recognition System consists of ID stamping equipment, ID reading system, image processing system and IPC computer. Every piece of billet will have a full ID-Code which includes the existing heat stamping number and the extra 6 digits stamping number. Combining the ID reading device with the image processing system to read the new ID-Code can raise a high billet ID recognition accuracy. The Billet ID Automatic Recognition System will accomplish the ID tracking system for each billet from bloom to downstream mill. |
