中文摘要 | 小鋼胚係由大鋼胚經加熱、除銹、燒除、粗軋、精軋而產製,其用途多為下游條鋼、線材工場的鋼材原料。若大鋼胚在軋延中作用力不平均,將產生不對稱的鋼材延展,而造成小鋼胚成品扭曲變形之缺陷。鋼胚扭曲程度過大,不僅影響天車吊運的安全性及後續研磨作業的不便,也會在下游工場造成種種問題。自小鋼胚工場開始量產能來,扭曲剔退率逐漸改善且逐年降低至0.011%之水平。在歷經民國95年歲修期間設備改造,將往復式粗軋機由五道軋製改為三道,並增設6V、7H兩座精軋機後,小鋼胚軋延產製的特性不若以往,而造成扭曲剔退率突增。對於此問題,現場單位針對鋼材均溫性、輥隙調整、設備改良、及軋延中粗胚尺寸控制等各方面控制變因進行探討,並提出具體改善對策,掌握小鋼胚扭曲的影響因素進而逐步改善,以維持小鋼胚成品之品質要求,並提升小鋼胚軋延產率。 |
英文摘要 | The billet is the semi-finished material produced from bloom with the steps of heating, descaling, scarfing and rolling. As long as the rolling forces applied to materials in the groove are not equal, the billet may be twisted by an asymmetrical torque. If the billet are seriously twisted, there will be some unfavorable effects including safety concern in moving process by crane, and various types of problem in down-stream mill. Originally, the ratio of twisted billets was controlled under 0.011%. However, the ratio suddenly increased almost 10 times because of the revamping project at the end of 2006. In order to improve these defects, we have been trying to probe into the reason of twisted materials and realized the factors involving uniform temperature characteristics of a material, roll gap setting, equipment amelioration, and material sizes in rolling process. Furthermore, we have developed methods to break through the bottle neck of rolling technique. Provided that we can control the main influential cause of a material in a twisting condition, it will be effective to reduce the twist deformation of billet and to raise the ratio of billet product. |
