中文摘要 | 為維持高爐的穩定與效率,特別是當高爐使用粉煤噴吹時,穩定焦碳品質格外重 要。隨著電腦、PLC的普及和控制系統的不斷開發,煉焦電腦化控制技術的運用不但可有效 提升焦碳品質、降低能源、減少製程污染,並且經由早期的預警能力及早發現問題,延長爐 體壽命。 中鋼煉焦工場在T1、W6、W2等單位合作下,已自行研發多項的自動化/電腦化控制技術, 譬如導焦箱自動測溫、煉焦車輛爐號辨識與連鎖系統、PLC整合等等。 |
英文摘要 | To maintain the high efficiency and stability of large blast furnaces, the quality of coke is assumed a great importance, especially when PCI system is in operation. Thanks to the popular of computer and PLC, a number of new techniques developed in coke oven nowadays. The automatic computer control system which consists of automation of oven machine, automation of battery control and coking process management system are adopted. It offers not only the stabilization of the coke quality, the saving of the energy, the improving of the working environment but also giving the real time information to prolong the battery life. Under the cooperation and the assistance of Ti, W6, Y6 and W2 departments, lots of computer control system, for example, the coke temperature measurement system, oven identification system, cross battery interlocking system and net work of PLCs etc. are developed or improved in CSC's coke plant. |
