中文摘要 | 不同噴油參數下配合不同轉速和負載進行實驗量測,記錄汽缸內燃氣壓力,噴油 管壓力,噴嘴針閥升程,燃油消耗量,空氣流量及Smoke,Nox, CO/HC等排氣污染量。以高 速數據收集系統於短時間內蒐集多個循環之燃氣壓力,噴油壓力,噴嘴針閥升程和曲柄角資 料,送經電腦系統,分析點火遲延及熱釋效率。 本文所得到的實驗結果如下: 1.增加噴油正時提前角度或提高噴油壓力或較大噴油率皆會有效減低Smoke,CO與HC 濃度,但Nox濃度反而提高。 2.若在過大噴油正時提前角度(29度)時,提高噴油壓力都會導致Nox,Smoke,CO 與HC濃度增加。 |
英文摘要 | The cylinder gas pressure, fuel injection pressure, needle lift, airflow, fuel flow, Smoke, Nox, and CO/HC, and so on, have been measured under an operating indirect diesel engine by varying injection parameters. Accessing multi-cycle data of cylinder pressure, fuel injection pressure, and needle lift versus crank angle necessitates using a microcomputer-based high-speed data acquistion system for analyzing ignition delay and heat release rate. Experiment results in the paper are summarized as follows: 1.Increasing injection advance or injection pressure or injection rate can effectively decrease the concentrations of Smoke, CO and HC, but increase Nox concentration. 2.When the injection advance is higher(29°), increasing injection pressure all results in increasing the concentrations of Nox, Smoke, CO and HC. |
