中文摘要 | 濾煙器為柴油引擎之排氣後處理裝置,用以降低引擎排煙。陶瓷蜂巢壁流型濾煙器應用於重型柴油引擎,由於控制系統複雜,售價昂貴,實不適用於農機引擎。本研究研製線網式濾煙器,將其裝配於農用柴油引擎上進行實驗室及田間試驗,以探討其降低引擎排煙之效果。 試驗結果顯示:轉速固定時,線網式濾煙器之過濾能力隨負載增大而增加,此特性頗適合農用柴油引擎定速高負載的運轉狀態;燃料經濟性降低甚微。試驗引擎裝配所研製的線網式濾煙器,當引擎以2000 rpm、715 kPa平均有效壓力及濾煙器的排氣壓降為6.13 kPa運轉時,排氣溫度達到535℃,產生自我再生現象。線網式濾煙器的濾煙效率為35%,與陶瓷蜂巢壁流型濾煙器之90%相較,濾煙效率較低為其缺點,但其價格及每工作小時所增加的使用成本僅分別為陶瓷蜂巢壁流型濾煙器的16.7%和18%。 將濾煙器裝配於農用曳引機上,分別以3.4及2.8公里/小時前進速度進行田間整地作業,濾煙效率分別為47%及46.6%。 |
英文摘要 | Particulate trap is an exhaust after-treatment device for reducing diesel smoke. Ceramic honeycomb wall flow trap (simply WFT), which is commonly applied to heavy-duty diesel engines, is too expensive to be suitable to agricultural diesel engines. In this study a prototype particulate trap made of metal wire mesh was fitted to an agricultural diesel engine and tests were carried out in order to investigate its capacity of reducing exhaust smoke. The results showed that the wire mesh trap presented progressive ability of filtrating soot with increasing engine load at constant speed. This characteristic is quite suitable to agricultural diesel engines whose operating condition is generally of constant speed and high load. The deterioration of fuel economy was minimal. As the engine operated at speed of 2000rpm and with the pressure drop of 6.13 kPa across the trap and load in term of the mean effective pressure of 715kPa, the exhaust temperature was 535℃ at which the trap self-regeneration behavior was observed. Low filtration efficiency of 35% was the main disadvantage by comparing with 90% of WFT. However the price and the increase in overall cost per working hour of the wire mesh trap were 16.7% and 18% of those of WFT respectively. An agricultural tractor was also retrofitted with another trap for field tests. Tillage operations were carried out with tractor forward speed of 3.4 and 2.8 km/hr respectively. The efficiencies of filtrating smoke were 47% and 46.6% respectively. |
