中文摘要 | 本文針對前後撥水加工及其加工條件對耐隆織物透濕防水泡沫塗佈加工之影響進 行研究。結果得知,在相同薄膜重量(厚度)下,經撥水加工處理者其加工布之耐水壓皆比 未經撥水加工者顯著地提高,而以前後併施撥水加工處理者其耐水壓為最高。就撥水劑而言 ,以氟素系撥水劑( Asahi guard AG-790 )較 silicone 系撥水劑( Drypon 600 )具有 較佳之透濕度與耐水壓。加工布之透濕度及耐水壓皆隨撥水處理預乾時間之增長而提高,且 皆於預乾時間 5 分鐘時其增加趨勢漸趨平緩。 加工布之透濕度與耐水壓之平衡關係,以熱 處理溫度 160 ℃之加工布為最佳。 塗佈加工前後併施氟素撥水加工及加工條件處理後,其 加工布較其它處理加工布具有較小的薄膜微孔洞且較均勻分佈,故加工布具有較高之透濕度 與耐水壓。 |
英文摘要 | The influence of water-repellent treatment and its curring ouditions on the water vapor permeability and water resistance of nylon fabrics coated by a foam-coating process were studied. For the same weight of coated film, the water resistance of the water-repellent treated fabrics was improved significantly. Fabrics treated with a fluorocarbon agent (Asahi guard AG-790) showed better water resistance than silicone (Drypon 600). Both the water vapor permeability and water resistance were increased with an increase in the drying time of foam-coated fabrics. The water vapor permeability and water resistance of water-repellent treated fabrics showed the best result when the curing temperature was 160 ℃. Because fabrics treated with a fluorocarbon agent (Asahi guard AG-790) have film with smaller and more concentrated micropores, they have higher water vapor permeability and water resistance. |
