中文摘要 | 在不同轉速時,織物各有其不同之懸垂係數。本研究探討四種棉、麻、絲、及毛等四種天然織物,以動態織物垂量測儀,在0~450rpm轉速下量測其懸垂係數,以多變量分析法進行不同轉速之懸垂係數的特性分析,進一步以此特性懸垂係數判別四種天然織物。先前之研究發現,在0~450rpm轉述下靜動態懸垂直係數可分為五個特性區域,分別是第一區為0rpm之靜態穏定區,第二區為25rpm之靜態到快速成長的轉變區,第三區為50~150rpm之快速成長區,第四區為175~325rpm之快速成長區轉變到動態穏定區,第五區為350~450rpm之動態穩定區。本研究之判別分析發現,第一區0rpm之靜態懸垂係數、第二區域25rpm、及第三區域l00rpm之動態懸垂係數為靜態平衡到動態穏定之三頂特性參數。此三項特性參數即可將棉、麻、絲、及毛織物之懸垂特性有效分辨。以典型區別函CDF1可以懸垂參數DC100區分出棉織物及絲織物,而典型區別函CDF2可以懸垂參數DC0、DC25再區分出麻織物及毛織物。 |
英文摘要 | Fabric has different drape coefficients at different rotating speeds. This study analyzed the discrimination between fabrics with different characteristics. Four groups of natural-fiber woven fabrics, say cotton, linen, silk, and wool fabrics, were used as the fabric types in this work. Dynamic Drape Instrument was used to measure the static and dynamic drape coefficients of four natural-fiber fabrics at speeds of 0-450 rpm. Nineteen different drape coefficients were obtained in the intervals of 25中m. Multivariate analysis method was employed to discriminate the characteristics of different dynamic drape coefficients. At speeds of 0-450 rpm, the dynamic drape coefficient curve for a fabric can be divided into five regions. The first region was the stable region at 0 rpm. Second region was from static to fast growth region at 25 rpm. Third region was the fast growth region at 50-150 rpm. Fourth region was from fast growth to dynamic stable region at 175-325 rpm. Fifth region was dynamic stable region at 350-450 rpm. After the discrimination of the dynamic drape characteristics of four fabrics conducted by four different parameters, static drape coefficient appeared at 0 rpm in the first region, dynamic drape coefficient at 25 rpm in the second region, and dynamic drape coefficient at 100 rpm in third region. Those three parameters can discriminate cotton, linen, silk, and wool fabrics. Canonical discriminate function-lcan classifying cotton and silk fabrics, canonical discriminate function-2 can further classifying linen and wool fabrics. |
