中文摘要 | 本試驗於10、15、20、25、30及35℃等六種不同定溫下,以結球萵苣飼育番茄夜蛾進行生活史觀察試驗。幼蟲發育所需時間隨溫度的上升而縮短,卵於10℃下需時8天,35℃下僅需2.2天。幼蟲具5齡,少數有6齡。於15℃幼蟲發育期為129天,存活率為2.1 %, 20及25℃的幼蟲發育期分別為56.9及40.3天,其幼蟲存活率分別為28.6及14.7 %,另於10、30及35℃下番茄夜蛾無法完成發育。於20及25℃中成蟲壽命,雌蛾均較雄蛾為長;於20℃雌成蟲之產卵前期為7.6天,產卵期為14.2天,日產卵量為35.7粒卵,繁殖率為369.6 粒卵/ 雌蟲。於25℃下雌成蟲之產卵前期為3.9天,產卵期為12.5天,日產卵量為43.3粒卵,繁殖率為494.8 粒卵/雌蟲。於20及25℃以結球萵苣飼育,番茄夜蛾之內在增殖率(r)分別為0.0540及0.0713/天;淨增殖率(R0)分別為44.00及35.96粒卵/雌蟲;平均世代時間(GT)分別為70.08及50.21天;終極增殖率(λ)分別為1.0555及1.0739/天。生命表的分析結果顯示番茄夜蛾的族群為正成長。 |
英文摘要 | Cabbage lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. var. capitata L.) is a novel vegetable crop cultivated from autumn to spring next year in Taiwan. Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera: Noctutidae) is a polyphagous pest that damages many crops including tomato, corn, vegetables, and cabbage lettuce. We studied the life history of Helicoverpa armigera on cabbage lettuce at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35℃. Results showed that the developmental time became shorter when the temperature increased in immature stages. Developmental times of egg were 8 and 2.2 days at 10 and 35℃ respectively. Most larvae have 5 instars and only few have 6 instars. The developmental time of immature stage were 129, 56.9, and 40.3 days at 15, 20 and 25℃, respectively. The survival rate of immature stage were 2.1, 28.6, and 14.7 % at 15, 20 and 25℃, respectively. The larvae could not development at 10, 30, and 35℃. The longevity of female was longer than that of male. Preoviposition period, oviposition period, fecundity per day, and total fecundity were 7.6 days, 14.2 days, 35.7 eggs and 369.6 eggs / female, respectively at 20℃, and 3.9 days, 12.5 days, 43.3 eggs and 494.8 eggs / female, respectively at 25℃. At 20 and 25℃, the intrinsic rates of increase (r) were 0.054 and 0.0713/day, the finite rates of increase (λ) were 1.0555 and 1.0739/day, the net reproductive rates (R0) were 44 and 35.96 eggs/♀, and the generation times (GT) were 70.08 and 50.21days, respectively. The life table analysis showed that the population of Helicoverpa armigera increase positively. |
