中文摘要 | 夾竹桃蚜(Aphis nerii Boyer de Fonscolombe)飼育於馬利筋(Asclepias curassavica L.)上,於光週期12L:12D,溫度5至35℃七種不同溫度下觀察其發育顯示,若蚜各齡期 之發育時間有顯著差異,以5℃為最長,30℃為最短,成蚜壽命在10至30℃間,以10℃之 42.67天為最長,30℃之6.69天為最短。繁殖率於15、20、25℃皆有12子代╱♀以上的水 準。各定溫下之族群齡別存活率(l )之曲線,隨溫度降低而延長,齡別繁殖率(m ) 曲線,以25℃時之生殖高峰為最大,5℃及35℃時之族群無繁殖淨殖。10至30℃之族群介 量中,內在增殖率(r)及終極增殖率(λ)隨溫度上升而增加,至25℃時達最大(r=0.1436 ╱天、λ=1.1575╱天),10℃時最小(r=0.0014╱天、λ=1.0001╱天);淨增殖率(R ) 以15、20及25℃較高;平均世代時間隨著溫度上升逐漸縮短,10℃時為48.3天至30℃時11.8 天為最短。夾竹桃蚜之發育最適溫為28至30℃。 |
英文摘要 | The developmental duration of each stadium of oleander aphid (Aphis nerii Boyer de Fonscolombe) reared from 5 to 35℃, photoperiod of LD 12:12 differed significantly. The longest duration for nymphal development was observed at 5℃ and the shortest at 30℃. The greatest longevity of adults was 42.67 days at 10℃, and the shortest was 6.69 days at 30℃. Fecundity of adults at 15, 20, and 25℃ did not differ significantly; more then 12 offspring could be reproduced by each female. Age- specific survivorship (1 ) extended as temperature decreased. The highest peak of fecundity lines(m ) was at 25℃, and no nymph was produced at 5 and 35℃. The intrinsic rate of increase (r) and the finite rate of increase (λ) were highest at 25℃(r=0.1436/d、λ=1.1575/d), and lowest at 10℃(r=0.0014/d、λ=1.0001/d). Reproductive rate(R ) was greater at 15, 20, and 25℃. The shortest mean generation time (T) was 11.8 days at 30℃. The optimal temperature for development of the aphid ranged from 28 to 30℃. |
