中文摘要 | 學校屬於非營利性組織,賦有教育學子和創造優質的知識學習環境之使命。學校教育對國家社會的附加價值與貢獻不僅僅在於學生畢業之後,將所學貢獻於社會,透過自身工作經驗與生活教育,成為推動資訊社會化的種子;學校亦是一個提供再教與終身學習的場所,透過建教合作、產學合作等推案,都是以培育優秀的知識人才為職志。當學生離開學校之後,由於職場上的競爭激烈,及數位式經濟時代來臨,快速、知識、創意都是市場上競逐的焦點,如何在既有的知識架講下,不斷地延伸與學習,接受公平挑戰,使得新型學習社區網逐漸形成。本文希望在資訊技術快速發展的同時,探討知識工作者如何在多元競爭的環境中,培植個人資訊素養的潛在能力,以取職場上的競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Creating an excellent environment of learning knowledge and providing high quality education for the students are the goals of the modern schools. They are of non-profit organization. The contribution of schools is to manufacture the seeds for improving the whole information society. The students will donate their acquaintance, learning from the schools, via individual working experience and self-learning after graduation. Once the students leaving the schools, they must face the violent competition from the society in this digital economic era. The focuses of the all kinds of rivalry are in the ability of creativity, ample of knowledge, and speed of handling the jobs. Under fairly challenge condition, how to improve the speed of learning and how to successively rich the awareness is becoming more and more important in the networking of new learning community. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss how the knowledge workers can obtain the superior competition conditions and let them with potential of personal information literacy. |
