英文摘要 | The entire conveyor weighing systems were refurbished in the Sinter Plants #1 and #2 revamping project. The system engineering was done by CSC, including selection and installation of sensing devices, PLC software programming as well as system performance tests. Having sufficient engineering experiences, the operation of the conveyor weighing system can be controlled more precisely in future. In the refurbished system, PLC and associated software were replaced by the proprietary hardware and software. All input signals are sent to the PLC. The calibration procedure is done in a graphical control system, i.e., initiating the procedure, and displaying calibration parameters in graphic forms. All weighing results are recorded in the logging database of the graphical control system (InSQL) to facilitate recording and tracing for maintenance personnel. |
