中文摘要 | 積木是傳統職能治療進行手眼協調復健經常使用的輔具,復健者反覆嘗試將受控物移動至定點位置,其復健過程枯燥乏味,且欠缺明確的評估指標來反映復健者的狀況。 本研究針對手眼協調訓練作業需求,設計輔助訓練系統,使用支撐臂代償復健者部份施力,支撐臂可360度自由平移,不影響復健者手肘移動自由度。系統使用觸控螢幕取代傳統手眼協調訓練物,應用電腦科技及多媒體技術,透過語音引導復健者在作業面板上進行手眼協調訓練作業,復健模組可依藉由控制復健作業之路徑、時間、位移等變因,循序漸進控制復健程序的難易度,並使復健過程不再枯燥無味,提升復健者的練習意願,由傳統的被動式的訓練轉化為主動積極的復健活動。 本論文亦針對復健作業提出成效評估指標,讓復健者清楚了解自己復健程序的進展情形。系統除了提供傳統定點移動追踪方式訓練,亦可在作業面板進行軌跡追尋訓練,提供多樣化的訓練模式,可評估復健者手眼協調性、上肢控制的準確性及穩定性。 |
英文摘要 | Bricks are often used in traditional eye-hand coordination training; do rehabilitation coordination training; sufferers do rehabilitation exercises by lifting, carrying and stacking the bricks. Such process are more tedious. Moreover, traditional processes can’t provide sufferers with precise indexes about the effect of rehabilitation. In this paper, an eye-hand coordination training system is designed to improve the traditional eye-hand coordination therapy program. An arm supporter is used to let the sufferer do the rehabilitation program more easily, and a touch panel is substitute for the traditional exercisers ((such as bricks). During the rehabilitation, the system will guide the sufferer to do rehabilitation program via voice. By applying multimedia technology, the system provides diverse rehabilitation program modules, sufferers can take rehabilitation program from easy to hard. Because the rehabilitation activities become more amusing, the sufferers will have more motivation to take the rehabilitation program. Two types of rehabilitation program, place tracing and route tracing, are provided in this system. We also discuss the evaluation function that can be used as an index to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation activities. |
