中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討經不同課程後在面對復甦 模型執行急救技術的正確性,作為兒科基本救命術 學習成效的指標,並探討其影響因素。採準實驗設 計,所有資料用結構式問卷調查法及查核表式觀察 法取得。對象取自北部某專校護理科五專部四年 級選修兒童急重症護理的162位學生。結果顯示: (1)在兒科基本救命術簡易技術查核表部份的學習 成效,兩組僅約10%受測者能正確執行表內所有項 目;(2)接受兒科基本救命術課程的不同,對其學習 成效在統計上無顯著差其;(3)兒科基本救命術學 習成效的影響因素有選修兒童急重症護理科目的動 機、學習嬰兒與兒童心肺復甦術的興趣、兒童急重 症護理的學科成績及課後自行至兒科室教室練習技 術的總時數。可作為授課教師在擬定兒科基本救命 術教學設計的參考,並提供給科課程委員會在相關 課程規劃上的依據,進而有效提昇高年級生的心肺 復甦術技能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to explore the learning outcome by using different programs on pediatric basic lift support and their influencing factor. A quasi experimental research design was employed in this study. A structured questionnaire and observational checklist were used to collect the data. The sample were 162 fourth- year nursing college students who were taking enrolled for the children emergency and critical care nursing subject. The results showed that (1) 10% of the testees could accurate performing all items in both group. (2) there was no significant statistically difference for different programs. (3) factors influencing the learning outcome toward pediatric basic life support were learning motivation, learning interest, academic score, 。ndthe length of the practice. The results will provide information for instructor and for the curriculum committees in order to promote better learning outcome. |
