中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是發展國小在職自然科教師遠距輔導之模式,並探討其成效。原本 不具網路知能的自然科教師經由研習會學會上網使用 BBS、E-Mail 及 WWW, 利用網路提出 疑難問題,與教師討論,研究者予以解答、建立自然科教學資料庫的網頁。目標教師經一年 遠距輔導之結果,其專業成長有改善,教師認為這種遠距輔導模式非常有助益,筆著認為電 腦軟、硬體設備應常常升級,以增進教師上網之興趣及方便性。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are: (1) to enhance the teachers" competence in using internet, (2) to supervise the elementary science teacher through internet, (3) to establish the supervision model in science teaching, (4) to investigate the efficiency of the distance supervision. The procedures of this study include '. (1) holding workshops on internet, (2) developing an assessment tool for science teaching performance, (3) collecting data from the teaching performance to examine teacher's profession growth after the distance supervision, (4) designing the web pages which provide a database for elementary science teachers. This study also establish an alternative model and the procedures of the supervision for elementary science teachers. The resules of the present study Show that participatel thcachcrs hawe heen grothed in teachiz and their profess onul knowledge. |
