中文摘要 | 由於電信業務不斷推陳出新,新的設備與新的維運技術不斷被引進,加上維修人力精簡,現行人工測試方式已無法應付測量臺維修作業龐大的工作量。自動測試系統(Automatic Testing System, ATS)能借助電腦、網路及自動化的技術,依據使用者的設定或輸入來定時自eTRIS及eLEAMIS等工務系統抽取工作單,分析線路的設備及狀態後,自動完成線路品質的測試並回報結果,大幅簡化障礙維修的流程與時間,並改善客戶服務品質。 現行ATS自動測試的範圍是針對一般市話用戶線路,將來隨著測試技術的發展與進步,將會涵蓋到ADSL、MOD或其他服務。 本文對ATS系統環境、軟硬體架構、系統功能及應用現況與展望作一簡要的說明。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the rapid evolution of telecommunication services, new technologies and facilities are adapted to trouble repairing operation. The traditional testing technologies and process can’t fulfill the requirements of heavy working load and variety of repairing operation. The Automatic Testing System (ATS) can resolve above phenomenon by using computerize, networking and advanced automatic testing technologies. ATS will automatically retrieve and analyze the telephone data, which is needed for testing, from the different operation information systems of from user’s input. Then dispatch the data for testing, and collect the testing results to report. The current testing functions of ATS cover all testing operations of local lines service. The function will be expanded to ADSL. MOD and other new telecommunication services as testing technologies improvement. This paper briefly describes the system environment, software and hardware structure, system functionalities and system applications. |
