| 中文摘要 | 傳統裱褙工藝中,襯紙揭離作業是一項耗時且風險性高的操作程序,本研究嘗試以澱粉酵素應用於模擬之書畫裱褙過程,以提升襯紙揭離作業之效率及安全性。試驗結果顯示:澱粉酵素能有效縮短襯紙揭離所需時間並減少畫心破壞情形,在適當溫度範圍(35~65℃)內,襯紙揭離所需時間隨著溫度升高有降低的趨勢,亦即較易於揭離。另外水中鹽類的存在及pH值亦會影響酵素的作用。整體而言,澱粉酵素之添加有助於襯紙揭離作業之進行。 |
| 英文摘要 | Delaminating operation in traditional Chinese scrolls mounting techniques is a time-consuming work and full of risk. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of amylase on the delaminating operation of the mounted Chinese painting and calligraphy scrolls. The results show that the addition of amylase can effectively reduce the delaminating time and scrolls damage. The delaminating time of back papers decresed as the temperature increased in the range of 35~65℃. The presence of salts and pH value of the system can also affect the reaction of amylase. In summary the addition of amylase will help to delaminate the back paper of mounted Chinese scrolls. |
