中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為探討硫酸法烷化反應添加劑之效應,嘗試利用陰離子性、陽離子 性及兩性界面活性劑,以改善烷化反應中硫酸及異丁烷互溶性之不足,同時增加高辛烷值油 類之產量,並降低硫酸之消耗量。本研究以批式反應器進行硫酸烷化反應,進行之異丁烷╱ 烯烴比例為 6.19, C4 及硫酸之體積比例為 1.0, 操作之反應溫度為 9 ℃, 反應壓力為 40psig,進行約 11 分鐘之反應。本研究發現 AK-B3 及 AK-A5 兩種添加劑可大幅提升烷化 反應中三甲基戊烷 (辛烷值約 100 ∼ 106) 之選擇率,前者將三甲基戊烷 (TMP) 選擇率由 37 %提升為 46 %, 八碳族烷烴選擇率亦由 50 %提升為 63 %,後者之三甲基戊烷選擇 率由 37 %提升為 44 %,八碳族烷烴選擇率由 50 %提升為 60 %,兩者皆具商業發展潛 力,研究中同時發現異丁烷╱烯烴溶解度與硫酸烷化反應中三甲基戊烷之選擇率呈正比關係 。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the effect of additive on the sulfuric acid catalyzed isobutane/olefin alkylation reaction. The anionic, cationic and ampholytic surfactants are used to improve the yield and quality of alkylate, resulting in the reducing consumption of sulfuric acid. The experiments are conducted in a batch reactor; with isobutane/olefin ratio of 6.19; in the reaction temperature of 9 ℃; at the reaction pressure of 40 psig and residence time of 11 minutes. It was found that two additives (AK-B3 and AK-A5) make an improvement on the higher selectivity to trimethylpentane (octane number about 100 ∼ 106). The values are incresed from 37% to 46% and the selectivity of C8 alkanes from 50% to 63% for the former; the values are incresed from 37% to 44% and the selectivity of C8 alkanes from 50% to 60% for the latter. Both are promising to applied in the industry. Meanwhile, the selectivity on the trimethylpentane is related linearly with solubility of isobutane. |
