英文摘要 | When neutral surfactant molecules are dissolved in water beyond a threshold concentration known as the critical micelle concentration (CMC), they spontaneously form aggregate structures known as micelles in the bulk aqueous solution. As the temperature is increased, the micellar solution separation into the surfactant-rich phase and the dilute aqueous phase. The temperature corresponding to the onset of phase separation, or the onset of turbidity, is called the cloud-point temperature (CP). The specific applications of such systems and their phase behavior for the extractive preconcentration, separation, and purification of metal chelates, biomaterials and organic compounds. |
