AQ在含有界面活性劑之蒸解液中,具有良好之分散性及催化效果。 4. 甲醇之添加量以10%較佳,但在添加甲醇後,製得紙漿的水濕潤性較差。 5. 在製造紙漿時的臭味低於硫酸鹽法,紙漿的品質則優於蘇打法。 |
英文摘要 | A less air pollutant non-sulfur pulping process that might replace the worldwide sulfate pulping process was investigated in this paper. The pulping results with respect to different mixing ratios of anthraquinone (AQ) with some anionic and nonionic surfactants in methanol-based alkaline pulping liquor were also studied. Except AQ dosage, eucalyptus chips were pulped with the addition of 0.5% polyoxyethylene nonyl ether (NP 15) and 0.5% sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (catalysts) containing cooking liquor as well. The role of AQ during pulping is used as a catalyst for the completeness of the delignification. Methanol can assist the solubility and alkali-resistance of surfactants. The main experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The addition of 0.1% anthraquinone (wt. of AQ/ wt. of wood) in a 10% methanol (v/v) alkaline solution resulted in a kappa number of 14.5 and gave a yield of 45.5% for eucalyptus pulp. 2. If the dosage of AQ to wood were less than 0.1%(w/w), both the pulp yield and the rate of reaction increased remarkably while the dosage of AQ increased. 3. The addition of methanol could increase the solubility of surfactants and also benefit the dispersion of anthraquinone in cooking liquid, but high concentration of methanol might result negative effect in the wetting ability on dried pulp. In general, the paper reports on efforts to produce good quality pulps from eucalyptus with methanol alkaline pulping (non-sulfur pulping). |
