中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以單寧和氫氧化鈉溶液處理柳杉材,使其表面顏色先變為類似貴重木材之色調,並測定其重量增加率及溶液滲透深度,再經由人工加速耐候試驗,以評估各種材料於耐候試驗期間之重量損失率、表面顏色及表面粗糙度等之變化。試驗結果顯示,單寧處理柳杉材的重量增加率於14.91~19.21%間。溶液滲透深度端部最深為2.23mm;而平面最深則為0.52mm。就耐候性而論,重量損失率一般以單寧處理材較柳杉素材大,這種現象是因處理材上未產生反應之藥品被淋洗出所致,而柳杉素材則為木材成分產生劣化現象之損失。表面顏色變化方面,柳杉素材受到紫外光之作用而產生明顯的劣化變色,即由原來的淡黃色變為黃褐色。而各種單寧處理材其色差值、白度、黃化指數、明度及明度保留率等皆沒有顯著的差異,由此可知單寧處理能有效地改善其顏色的變化。另外,耐候試驗後各種單寧處理材,之表面粗糙度變化率皆小於柳杉素材。綜合上述結果,以單寧及10%氫氧化鈉溶液預先變色處理乃為最佳條件。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is by using tannin and sodium hydroxide solution treated Japanese cedar wood, to change its surface color to be similar to the valuable wood, and testing weight percent gain and solution penetrating deeps, then through the artificial accelerated weathering test, to evaluate the weight percent loss, change of surface color and surface roughness of various woods during the weathering test. Experimental results reveal that weight percent gain of tannin treated Japanese cedar woods is between 14.91 ~ 19.21%. The deepest of cross section for solution penetrating deeps is 2.23mm; and the deepest of flat section is 0.52mm. As for the weatherability, the weight percent loss for tarmin treated woods is bigger than Japanese cedar wood. This is because the treated woods did not have the reaction yet for the reagent was leaching out, and for the Japanese cedar woods, it is because the degradation of its wood composition. The obvious discolor of Japanese cedar wood is because of UV reaction, it became yellowish-brown from the original light-yellow. However, the luminosity, brightness retention, whiteness, color difference and yellowness index of tannin treated woods have no significant difference. Therefore, tannin treated can efficiently improve its color change. Also, after weathering test, the surface roughness change of tannin treated woods is smaller than Japanese cedar wood. Combination the above results, it is the best way to pre-discolor treated by tannin and 10% sodium hydroxide solution. |
