| 中文摘要 | LED (Light Emitting Diodes)擁有體積小、低耗電、點燈速度快、發光壽命長等優點,雖然近來已經發展出高亮度LED,但其製造成本過高且單顆LED發光亮度仍不及冷陰極燈管(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp),較不適合大量使用於照明光源。所以本研究乃利用光學模擬軟體在LED封裝結構中加入光繞射元件(Diffraction optical elements;DOE's),利用光繞射元件改變光行進方向,將有效提升LED亮度,並探討LED封裝表面結構對整體亮度改變之影響,將能有效提升能源使用效率,設計出最佳化之LED表面封裝結構。 |
| 英文摘要 | The LED (Light Emitting Diodes) advantages include small size, low power consumptive, lighting a lamp quickly, longevity high, etc. although the high light-LED was developed, fabrication cost is high and single LED luminance is defeated by CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) in the places of many light sources. This study uses an optics simulation software to analyze LED packages structure. Using the DOE's changes the light and advance in the direction, and improve LED luminancem. This study probes into the influence that LED encapsulation surface structure change to the whole luminance, This study improves energy service efficiency effectively, and design LED surface encapsulation structure of the optimization. |
