中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討不同系科學生體適能狀況,並比較不同身體質量指數與體適能的差異情形。以國立勤益技術學院10個系科2951名學生,男生2113人(平均年齡20.87±2.43歲),女生838人(平均年齡20.37±2.13歲)爲研究對象,實施體適能測驗,所得資料以單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、卡方檢定及獨立樣本t考驗等統計方法,進行分析比較。結果:一、體適能測驗上,女生800 公尺跑走有顯著差異(p<.05)。二、體重過重比率男生高於女生(男28.83%、女11.07%),體重過輕比率女生高於男生(女28.08%、男12.89%)。三、不同身體質量指數三組學生比較上,體重過重組男生在一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠及1600公尺跑走上與其他兩組有顯著差異(p<.05);女生則是坐姿體前彎及800公尺跑走有顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:一、本校男、女學生體適能普遍不佳,未來在體育課程教學中,應再加強體適能概念。二、男生體重過重,女生過輕,對於這些學生應鼓勵從事規律運動並給予正確的飲食及減重觀念。三、本研究再次證實體重過重對體適能的發展有其負面的影響。對於體重過重的學生,應給予個人運動處方,幫助學生改善體重,以提昇個人健康體適能水準。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of physical fitness and BMI status between different department students. The participants included 2951 students in ten departments of National Chin-Yi Institute of Technology (2113 male students with mean age 20.87±2.43; 838 female students with mean age 20.37±2.13). The physical fitness data was processed by one-way ANOVA, Chi-Square Tests and independent t-test. The result was as followed: 1. In the physical fitness, the 800M run and walk in female students show significant difference between different departments (p<.05). 2. The percentage of overweight, male students are higher than the female students (28.83% and 11.07%, respectively). The percentage of underweight, female students are higher than male students (28.08% and 18.09%, respectively). 3. In three BMI groups (overweight, normal, and underweight), the male overweight group when compare to the other two groups showed significant differences in 1 min sit and up, standing long jump and 1600M run and walk (p<.05). However, the female overweight group showed significant differences in sit and reach and 800 M run and walk (p<.05). Conclusion: 1. The male and female students of National Chin-Yi Institute of Technology show poorly physical fitness. 2. It is important to encourage students to do exercise regularly and provide the correct concept of diet and weight control for the students who are overweight or underweight. 3. In this study, we proved that overweight has negative impact in physical fitness. In order to promote the level of personal physical fitness, we might to design an individual exercise prescription and weight control project for overweight students. |
