| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解四歲幼兒的數學能力、家庭環境與家庭中親子數學活動的現狀,並檢視家庭因素與幼兒數學能力發展的相關性。選擇大臺北地區60位滿四歲未滿五歲之幼兒為對象,透過一對一個別訪談方式進行幼兒數學能力與家庭環境等資料收集。結果發現,四歲幼兒的數學能力,大都能做10以內的數算,但對10以內的數字接龍與前後數字大小的判斷,約只有半數的幼兒可以做到,且對簡易加減計算四歲幼兒尚未能完全理解。四歲幼兒小家庭的整體家庭環境明顯優於折衷家庭。此外,高社經地位家庭的幼兒數學能力較低社經地位家庭的幼兒好;家庭提供「玩具遊戲與閱讀物」、「學習行為的刺激」愈多其幼兒數學能力表現愈好;在親子數活動中採用「直接式的數教導」方式對幼兒數學能力的發展助益最大;「玩具遊戲與閱讀物」與「直接式的數教導」均為社經地位影響幼兒數學能力的仲介變項。「玩具遊戲與閱讀物」和「學習行為刺激」會經由「直接式的數教導」間接影響幼兒數學能力的發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to realize the mathematics ability, family environment, and mathematic activities at home for four-year-olds. The study also examine the relations between family factors and young children's mathematic ability. 60 four-year-olds were chosen as samples, and the data were collected through one-to-one interview. The results showed that four-year-olds' understanding of mathematics was limited in the operation of numbers under 10, and most of the children did not understand the meanings of subtraction. Young children from high SES families performed better in mathematics test than those from low SES families. The present study also showed that "the direct mathematics teaching" was the most helpful way to improve young children's mathematic ability. "Toy, play and reading" and "the direct mathematics teaching" were the mediator between SES and early mathematics ability, respectively. "Toy, play and reading" and "learning stimulus" showed the direct effects to the "early mathematics ability". Also, they were demonstrated to play the indirect effects to the "early mathematics ability." |
