中文摘要 | 矽(Si)於高溫、高氧分壓下容易氧化成二氧化矽(SiO₂),此氧化物之形成,常造成合金中矽含量之損失,另外,金(Au)與矽元素在高真空且高溫之條件下,易形成Si□、Si₂□、Si₃□、SiO₂□、Au□等氣體,或SiO₂□、Au₂O₃□氧化物,本研究利用熱力學之平衡反應評估,Au、Si配料於真空熔煉時之損失量,經低氧分壓真空熔煉可獲得金-矽亞共晶、共晶、與過共晶三種合金。金與矽於真空熔煉時之損失量極低。利用光學顯微鏡鑑定各合金之顯微組織,各合金之成份符合Au-Si相平衡圖上之成份,合金之熔點經熱分析儀檢驗後亦符合Au-Si相平衡圖上之熔點。 |
英文摘要 | When the silicon (Si) is in the surrounding of high temperature and high partial pressure of oxygen the silicon surface is easy forming silicon dioxide (SiO₂). Because SiO₂ forms the quantity of Si will lose in the Si alloy. Additionally, gold (Au) and Si will form the gas phases and oxide phases of Si□, Si₂□, Si₃□, SiO₂□, Au□, SiO₂□ and Au₂O₃□ during Au and Si were in the high temperature with high vacuum chamber. In this study, and the quantity losing of Au and Si were evaluated by the thermodynamic calculation during the Au-Si alloy was fabricated using the vacuum smelting process. The Au-Si alloys of hypoeutectic, eutectic, and hypoeutectic were made by the vacuum smelting process, the quantity losing of Au and Si was very low in this process. The microstructure of alloys were detected by optical microscopy (OM); as well as, the alloys melting point were detected by Differential Scanning Calorimetry Analyzer (DSC). The alloys composition and melting point correlates well with Au-Si phase diagram. |
