中文摘要 | 在新時代高科技文明的快速發展趨勢下,企業經營面臨了全球性的激烈競爭,專案推展的工作益形困難。雖然理論上成功的專案推展是建立在正確的組織策略、明確的專案目標,理性的成員合作,良好的程序規劃及適當的資源配合上,然而實際上任何企業經營環境中專案的推動卻常出現許多理論無法掌控的複雜狀況與問題,即使是一些規模簡單的小型專案,衝突的困境亦層出不窮。鑑於處理衝突危機的複雜性與困難度日增,許多反對專案管理與推動的專家便以此為主要理由而拒絕組織規劃的改革與成長,這種錯誤的認知實源由於對專案管理中衝突處理與解決策略的缺乏;因為在任何組織成員之間,由於背景、立場、角度、與認知的差距,專案推動時衝突問題的發生實無法避免。因此本文提出一個專案管理中衝突困境的整建模式來加以改善,當專案小組成員在不同專案週期階段面臨衝突困境時,此模式首先將其進行評估分類處理,接著根據專案中可能的衝突優先順序,係統利用層級分析法加以計算其影響強度,然後提出衝突困境整建建議內官,專案經理即可對其作為的可能性加以評估,並對專案計劃的相關項目進行可能的平衡行動。最後此模式並利用一個案例加以模擬驗證。此系統的整體內容與理論分析將可提供相關企業一個推動專案實務的有益參考。 |
英文摘要 | Although the related technologies are improved as we enter the twenty-first century, business have confronted radical global competitive marketplace, however, there are still a lot of problems in project environment without suitable solutions. Basically, projects are established with objectives, realistic and specific, established within resource bounds, and consistent with organization plans, policies, and procedures. Unfortunately, when we try to change organizational competence with projects, above characteristics are not always evident in real environment. Even the simplest type of organizational change can induce major conflicts. Opponents of project management assert that the major reason why most enterprises avoid changeover to project management organization al structure is either fear or an inability to handle the resulting conflicts. In other words, both in conceptually and practically, that project is extremely inadequate for conflicts resolution strategy. Since the conflicts occur between all the different roles of project team members, managers, line leaders, clients and contractors are inevitable, therefore, in this paper we present a solving mechanism to reduce the dilemma of conflict, when the conflicts situations have been confronted in different stage of project team development, the model will evaluate and classify first, based on the priorities of the main possible sources of conflicts in a project, system use AHP to count out the intensities of possible influences, and then give some suggestions to conflicting parties for restoring, and the project manager can assess the feasibilities of the behaviors, meanwhile, the related terms in project plan may take the balancing actions as well. Finally, this model has demonstrated by a simulation case. The whole system content and theoretical analysis may provide a valuable reference for dealing with conflict resolution of project development. |
