中文摘要 | 熱處理產業一直在產業界中占有相當比例的產值,尤其是模具塑化的應用產品已充斥在日常生活之中,因此,熱處理產業早已成為生活的一部份。而加熱爐的操控,也因對處理對象的品質要求提高,同時希望提高生產良率的多重要求下,對於加熱過程之穩定性要求,勢必因此更為嚴格。加熱爐的型式很多,有氣體燃燒加熱方式、電氣加熱方式或是感應加熱方式等,而不管是以何種方式來進行,以一個涵蓋面積相當大的加熱系統而言,溫控過程是很容易受到系統本身熱傳導及加熱片間相互干擾等不確定因素所影響,要使其達到穩定且均勻的溫度升降控制,將是一個相當困難的問題,尤其是針對不同的塑料品質。此外,在要求硬體設備不可更動的前題下,要在既有的硬體架構及控制律下又同時做到穩定溫控的目的,加熱爐的溫度控制將是一個極具挑戰的研究課題。本論文主要是針對加熱爐溫度控制系統,提出─智慧型學習前濾波器設計方法,其目的在不破壞原系統的穩定特性情況下,以學習疊代修補控制命令的方式,來解決加熱爐既有的相位落後及非線性時變的缺點以提高生產的良率。經實驗結果驗證,本方法確實可以有效地改善熱爐加熱過程的溫控不穩定的問題。 |
英文摘要 | The value of heat treatment is always an important estate in industrial circles. Especially the products of mold models have been applied in daily life and been a part of it. Therefore, the requirements of furnace temperature control are much strict due to the demands of high quality and satisfied yield rate of products. There are many kinds of furnaces, such as gas bum heating methods, electric heating methods, or inductive heating methods, etc. However, no matter which methods, because of a large heating surface, it is very easy to be affected by the uncertain factors of heating transmission and coupled disturbances for different heating plates, so how to make a stable and uniform temperature control is worthy to do further studies. This paper is mainly focused on a furnace temperature control system and provides an intelligent learning pre-filter design scheme, based on the method of iterative command compensations, to solve the inherent drawbacks of phase lag and nonlinear time-varying characteristics for furnaces without destroying its stability and then to improve the yield rate of products. After the verifications of the experimental results for temperature controls, the method is ensured to able to resolve the unstable problem of the heating process for the furnace temperature control efficiently. |
