英文摘要 | After Heider and Rotter, the attribution of Weiner develop a complete theory. The theory focuses on the attribution of the results in learning and self-attribution. The Attribution is the center dogma of motivation and emotion theory. The purpose of this article is to probe the Attribution Theory of Weiner and its implication for introduction. First, we review the development of theories of motivation and attribution. Furthermore, we introduce The Attribution of Weiner. Finally, we make four suggestions: 1. To understand the attribution of students and to correct the development of personality. 2. To emphasize the learning environment and instructions. 3. To use the attribution of effort for feedback. 4. To apply the attribution training to those failure of attribution. |
