中文摘要 | 近年來隨著國際電信業務的開放,中華電信國際分公司面臨嚴竣的市場競爭。科技日新月異,電信服務亦不斷演變中,除了快速有效地反應客戶需求,提供完善之產品方案外,更需開發潛在之客戶,以提昇營運績效,即建立潛在客戶關係管理勢將成為電信公司在營運發展上的競爭優勢。 由於資訊技術的發展相當快速,如何針對電信公司的需求與特質來配置最具成本效益的技術,並發展有效的潛在客戶關係管理,已成為中華電信國際分公司在營運拓展上的重要課題。因此本研究針對潛在客戶管理作業的規劃面、分析面、設計面、架構平台面、開發面、技術面等方面進行評估與開發,擬建立一個Web-based的潛在客戶關係管理網站平台,替代目前繁瑣且資訊流通性低之人工紙張或電腦單機作業環境。藉由行銷人員與網站的互動,提供透明化的資訊及電子化的作業流程,希望藉此幫助行銷人員創造新的產品價值與顧客價值,提昇公司的競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | In order to automatize business process of international telecom-services and to reduce business operational costs, ChungHwa Telecom International Business Group (CHTI) faces the complexity and competitiveness of fast-pace telecom world. To stay in top niche, CHTI is in need for a customer relationship handling system to explore its potential customer market. Bearing this mission in mind, ChungHwa Telecom Telecommunication Laboratories (CHTTL) begun to plan, to analyze, and to build an international system platform called Potential International Telecom Customer Management System (PITCMS) from the ground up. With realization of PITCMS, a system claiming to include integrating services procedures, businesses-crossing operations and international information sharing will shatter tedious paper works and time-consuming single processing computer unit environment at present. The new order-receiving system is geared toward CHTI marketing personnel-demand with interactive and inter-dynamic websites that communicates with other internal operating systems, such as billing, networking, and leased circuit more effectively. By implementing PITCMS to marketing domain, its transparent data flows and electronic work procedures will bound to prosper service values and tighten customer relationship. Moreover, CHTTL will strengthen the competitiveness in new era to come. |
