英文摘要 | Due to the economic growing rapidly, the information generation is coming, so the people need high quality and more reliability telecommunication from internet or intranet. In other way, the people profoundly depend on the telecommunication network, especially for financial affairs. That is why the network damages influence so widely. The CHT (Chunghwa Telcom Co. Ltd)'s International Transport Network provides most of telecommunication services for international Telephone services and Internet services. How to provide high quality and more reliable telecommunication services is one of the most important issues for CHT today. The IREPS (International transport network Restoration Planning System) provides the network administrator making optimum decisions. Once the network failure occurs, it can provide an emergency restoration procedure to make a quick recovery. In this article, we describe the way for the CHT engineers to analyze network failure and to implement the pre-planned restoration plans. # 330 0$a在配合政府發展亞太營運中心與滿足杜會各階層對各種新電信服務的需求下,電信網路必須配合技術的演進隨時加以更新與汰換,以使網路能適時適地且經濟地提供服務。為使國際通信網路能有一定的服務品質,除需詳細規剖網路未來發展外,對於網路現有狀況則需充分掌握,以利調度;在網路發生故障時也希望能及時分析出網路受影響層面與範圍,同時把使用中的電路移轉到事先規劃好之救援路由上,以減少損失並維持一定服務品質。本文將介紹IREPS系統中所提供適當的統計資料,讓作業人員依個別的需求分析,在網路罹障時,利用先前設定的支援計畫做迅速切實的支援。 |
