中文摘要 | 管理方式是時代的產物,也是社會的產物。所以應該根據時代不同進行變化,根據社會的不同採用不同的體制。金融危機之後外向型的韓國模式不太適應國際環境,歐以採用美國式的管理方式。美國的管理鄉雖然有著很明顯的效果,但是其副作用也是非常明顯的,以後我們應該根據東方的管理方式對其進行補充。西方的管理限定在了歐美之間;東方思想也忽視各國企業管理方式的相互影響。即,東方思想是在各國政治、經濟、社會制度中朝著各不相同的方向發展。以韓國的民族性為基礎的韓國管理方式有著其自己的特徵。由之,針對各國的特殊性有必要進行進一步的研究。 |
英文摘要 | Nowadays the corporate environment has become more and more competitive in that national boundaries have blurred from the globalization of production and consumption, and the consumers’ power has grown, and different industries have converged. Moreover Korean companies has been under double pressure from the western advanced enterprises; retaliation and the newly Chinese companies; takeoff. In order to survive modern competitive global business war, Korean companies have made every effort to improve capabilities and get ready for the coming future. So a lot of Korean companies are importing the western management tools and methods. However, many Korean companies has actually failed in improving productivity and adapting themselves to the western management techniques, because the core principle of the Oriental management differs with that of the western management and the difference has brought about the unexpected side-effects in doing execution. The eastern civilization and thought has affected the way eastern people live, think, communicate, and manage companies for many centuries. Especially the western thought has influenced in making the fixed idea that work is bad and leisure is good, and has organized functionalism. These western management philosophy has caused a few problems such as management myopia, lack of cooperation, and conflict between employers and employees. These kinds of weaknesses can be cured, or at least made up for by Oriental management. Finally it is meaningful that his paper can help the Korean companies to do a selective benchmarking of the western management techniques lest they should throw away all the advantage of our Korean way of management. |
