中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木疏伐木製作五種簡易而方便接合之門框構件,構件型態製成L型及T型並測其抗彎強度,其中T型構件主要係模擬安裝西德絞鏈之使用狀態。就本試驗結果而言,單添榫接合應用於門框接合具有最佳之接合強度,其次為舌槽接合,其他三種接合間差異不顯著。接合破壞模式則依抗彎強度測試方式而異,L型構件可分為槽緣斷裂(La)、槽底劈裂(Lb)及榫頭斷裂(Lc)三種;T型構件亦可分為接合分離(Ta)、縱柱劈裂(Tb)及構件完好但表面受壓潰(Tc)三種。五種接合之抗彎測試顯示L型構件之破壞位移量較小,而T型構件之位移量比L型構件高出約4~7倍,就一般櫥櫃門常用之門框刀接合而言,T型構件之抗彎強度並不理想,必須進一步設計其榫接比例,或建議採用單添榫接合,以提升針葉材門框之接合強度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this work was to evaluate the maximum bending strength of five easy and convenient door frames jointed by China-fir for two constructions: L-type and T-type. T-type construction was attempted to simulate the using condition of door frame joints with European hinge. Results indicated that the haunches mortise and tenon joint has the highest bending strength followed by tongue and groove joint. The other three joints were of no significant difference. Failure mode of joints depended on the bending method in this study. Failure modes of L-type include three types: break of groove edge (La), split of groove bottom (Lb) and shear of tongue (Lc). T-type have another three failure modes such as separation of joint (Ta), split of post (Tb) and crushed surface of joint (Tc). The displacements of T-type construction of the five door frame joints were higher than L-type by 4 to 7 times. The bending strength of T-type construction made by a matched set of shaper cutters was no strong enough for the door frame joint. In order to improve the strength of the door frame joint made by a matched set of shaper cutter, the ratio of mortise and tenon must be further investigated. Perhaps the haunches mortise and tenon joint was a better choice. |
